To enrol with the InStep Academy of Dance, simply turn up at the appropriate time with your payment for the full 10 week term, and complete the registration form.
 
Alternatively, you can complete the form below in advance and either e-mail it to us by clicking 'submit', or print a copy and bring it along to your first class with your payment.

Tuesdays: (Albayt Country Club)
Ballet, tap and movement, 3½ -5 yrs, 4.30-5.15pm
Musical Theatre, 6-10 yrs, 5.30-6.30pm
Musical Theatre, 11 yrs and over, 6.30-7.30pm

Thursdays: (Bel Air Tennis Club)
Ballet, tap & movement, 3 to 5 yrs, 4.15-5.00pm

, this student is granted permission to participate in dance, or other, classes at the Instep Academy of Dance.  I understnad what these classes involve and  believe that the student is in proper physical condition for participation.  I will ensure that the student has all appropriate clothing and any necessary equipment, and will attend classes regularly.  I give permission to use photographs or recordings of the student in Instep Dance Academy publicity materials.  I hereby release, absolve and indemnify and hold harmless the Instep Dance Academy, its staff, volunteers and any other officials.  In the event of emergency requiring medical attention (beyond first aid), I hereby grant permission to a physician or hospital personnel designated by the Instep Academy of Dance to attend to the student.  I understand that I am responsible for tuition payments as outlined.
